Terms and Conditions

Insight2impact (i2i) wants to ensure that your development training, conference or event is the best possible. To assist us in delivering this high level of service, below are the terms and conditions to ensure this is achieved.

Booking confirmation

Upon approval via phone, email or text, i2i locks this date on our calendar and prioritises this date by not accepting alternative bookings. At this point, i2i will issue an invoice for the agreed fee, including details of all relevant information.

i2i asks that you review the detailed confirmation notice and make payment within 14 days to secure your booking.

Cancellations and Amendments

Should the agreed date change post-confirmation, i2i will do its best to facilitate the necessary change. Due to i2i prioritising your event on our calendar in advance, we often have to refuse other opportunities on that day so we will ask for compensation in the following ways:

  • If the delivery date changes and i2i have been notified over 28 days from the agreed delivery date, the full fee will be proportioned to the new date. Please note that no further invoice will be required.
  • If the delivery date changes, which is within 28 days of the agreed delivery date, a rebooking fee will be issued an invoice sent totalling half of the agreed price. Please note that this is in addition to the full-agreed fee that has already been invoiced.
  • If the program is to be cancelled by the client within 28 days notice of the confirmed delivery date, no refund will be supplied.
  • If the program is to be cancelled by the client outside 28 days notice of the confirmed delivery date, insight2impact will refund 75% of the agreed fee to the client.
  • In the improbable event that i2i should cancel a booking, all deposits paid will be refunded to the client. i2i will also assist in exploring all avenues of sourcing an alternative provider if needed or establishing a new delivery date.

Travel and Ground Transfers

Where necessary, the client will meet the costs of return fully flexible airfares and ground travel for any i2i presenter to attend interstate or international bookings outside the central city where that presenter is located.

Before confirming this requirement, i2i will make every effort to coordinate its travel plans in the client’s best interests to minimise costs.

Accommodation

Should any i2i presenter require accommodation before or after their booking to coordinate with their travel plans, the client will cover accommodation and food expenditures outside of phone calls, internet usage and minibar charges.

i2i commits to the following.

  • Maintain total confidentiality in all private matters and enter confidentiality agreements when requested.
  • Maintain total confidentiality of all personal or team member information.
  • To expose no one to physical or emotional harm.
  • To always be honest with you in all of our dealings.

To protect the uniqueness of your experience i2i advise that the engagement may not be recorded or reproduced without written approval and subject to further negotiation.

Payment Methods

The standard Payment method is by electronic transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa and Master card only. Please note that a 2% processing fee applies for credit card transfers).
