Don’t follow advice simply because you’re told it’s good for you or expected of you. Make choices because you truly believe they’ll lead to a better life. Ultimately, it’s not just about what you do, but about understanding the deeper reasons behind your actions.

If you tried to implement every piece of self-care advice out there, you’d spend hours just getting ready for your day! Meditate, do yoga, stretch, take a cold plunge—then journal, build your vision board, run, lift weights, row, swim, and cook a nutritious breakfast. The list never ends.

My self-care workshops offer practical guidance and insights on what I believe truly builds resilience and well-being. But what I value most is providing a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore the areas of your life that may need deeper focus.

The truth is, most of us know what’s good for us and what we should be doing. The real challenge is understanding why we don’t take the necessary actions, and then figuring out how to keep that momentum going. For example, if you keep choosing things you claim not to prefer, it’s likely because you believe what you actually want is less beneficial than the thing you don’t actually want to keep doing.
