There’s no better way to shake off some weariness of 2022 than by taking a step back. Put down or turn off your phone and get in touch with the liberation that comes from knowing you won’t be distracted – even if only for an hour!
Then take a cue from kids, go out there and have fun without any pressure or expectations attached; play is its own reward. Finally, reach out to someone close but with whom you haven’t connected much this year – good friends can make us feel joyful and refreshed.
