1. Disconnect, even if only for a little while. Go back in time and switch off your phone for a day, a half day or even an hour.  Enjoy the liberation of knowing you DEFINITELY wont get a call.
    2. Have a play day. Learn from the innocence of children and just go play.  Play is it’s own reward.  You are not looking to get fitter, stronger or achieve a score or a better time, just go and have some fun…and do your absolute best not to feel guilty about it.
    3. Connect with friends. Pick a friend you’ve lost touch with or haven’t spent enough time with in 2022.  Reach out to them and set up a get-together.  Surrounding yourself with good people keeps us young…and one thing in life we can never have too many of is good friends.
