‘I provide individual coaching spanning 3 to 6 months alongside team coaching extending up to 12 months. Each coaching program is thoughtfully designed to reveal honest insights, provide challenge where it’s needed, and deliver encouragement at just the right moments.

To achieve meaningful progress and gain profound insight, whether as a team or an individual, the challenge is to set aside preconceived perspectives and biases. By releasing entrenched ideas and beliefs that may obstruct our ability to view circumstances with clarity and openness, we create the foundation for genuine growth and understanding.

For example, I was recently sitting with a leadership team when one member admitted, “I don’t feel comfortable speaking up in front of this team.” Another colleague asked, “What kind of environment would help you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts?” That’s a thoughtful follow-up, but the real work goes even deeper—which is where coaching truly comes in. I then asked, “What are you afraid might happen if you do speak up?”

In any coaching process, whether individual or team, we have to be willing to face our resistance and fears in order to see what the situation is telling us about ‘ourselves’.

Embracing a new perspective will push you to confront your ego, sense of identity, and ingrained ways of thinking. It may take real effort, but the rewards will far exceed any sacrifice.

“I cannot thank you enough for helping me rediscover myself. This has had a profound impact on both my personal and professional life. Thank you!”
